Perched atop the impressive 30-storey Frasers Tower, Arrow Shipbroker's new workspace commands a breathtaking view of Singapore's bustling central business district, making it a truly envy-inducing location. Collaborating closely with Arrow's leadership, the overarching design goal was to strike a harmonious equilibrium between fostering happiness and maximizing productivity within the workplace.
One of the standout features of our design is the deliberate incorporation of collaborative spaces. These spaces - encompassing enclosed discussion rooms and work cafe, are thoughtfully planned to facilitate team gatherings and spur serendipitous interactions. This strategic layout ensures that employees can come together, exchange ideas, and engage in spontaneous discussions without causing disruptions to their colleagues who require focused concentration within a dense office environment.
Flexibility is a vital aspect of our design, tailored to the diverse needs and work styles of Arrow's team.
